The Design Story

The elliptical Scallop mirror elongates the scalloped motif into a more graceful, vertical form. Its proportions feel elegant and slightly theatrical, recalling the refinement of early twentieth-century dressing mirrors, while the repeated curves soften the silhouette and draw the eye upward.

Behind the Scenes

Made in the Shropshire workshops, each scalloped section is individually cut and hand-silvered to achieve variation in tone and texture, balancing precision with the softness and individuality that come through the making process. The cathedral glass catches and shifts with the light throughout the day, giving every mirror a changing quality depending on its setting.
