RB Collection
Where can I view your Collection?
Our showroom is located in Notting Hill, at 1 All Saints Road, W11 1HA.
We also have pieces on show at partner showrooms in London, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Get in touch if you would like to view a specific piece.
Can I customise any of the Collection pieces?
Yes, you can customise any of our Collection pieces.
There is a standard 20% surcharge for small changes to dimensions and finishes. For larger changes, a new quote would be necessary.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide timber, metal, glass and mirror samples for our Collection. Please get in touch to order yours.
Do you have your own range of leather and fabric?
We don’t have our own range of leather or fabric. However, we do have trusted suppliers who we like to work with. Get in touch to find out more.
How is your wallpaper sold?
It is sold by the metre.
What is your wallpaper pattern match?
Our Matilda and Fabian ranges are a half drop match. Our Cluedo range is a straight match.
Do you have a minimum order of wallpaper?
There is no minimum order.
Is your wallpaper supplied trimmed or untrimmed?
Our wallpaper is untrimmed - the roll is 152cms wide, with a useable width of 134cms.
Do you keep any stock?
We don’t hold any stock – all our furniture, mirrors and wallpapers are made to order.
Antique Mirror Glass
Can I have a plain mirror, without any antiquing?
Yes, you can have a plain mirror. We would still hand-silver the mirror but omit the antiquing process.
Can I choose the level of antiquing?
You can choose the level of antiquing you desire. The levels fall into three, broad categories - Light, Medium and Heavy.
For Collection mirrors, the standard antiquing level is Light.
Do you have a minimum order amount for unframed antiqued mirror wall installations?
Get in touch with your requirements and we can advise on this point.
Why does my mirror not look exactly like the sample I approved?
Our mirrors are hand-silvered and antiqued through a traditional, multi-stage process. As an organic technique, it is influenced by material, environment, and hand-finishing, creating natural variation and a unique patina.
Your sample reflects the overall level of antiquing, but each mirror will vary slightly and cannot be matched exactly. Learn more about our specialist process here.
Trade
Do you offer trade discounts?
We encourage you to open a trade account where you can view trade prices for the RB Collection along with upcoming releases, special events, and sample ordering.
Payment
Can I pay by credit card?
Unfortunately, not. Payments should be made by bank transfer.
Production & Installation
Can you produce pieces at a shorter lead time?
If you let us know your required deadline or project completion date, we can advise on the current production schedule and best date achievable.
Do you manufacture your pieces in the UK?
All our pieces are handcrafted in our multi-disciplinary workshop in Shropshire, UK.
We undertake all wood, metal, glass and specialist finishing work ourselves. Learn more about our workshops and craft here.
When do you commence manufacture of the piece?
Production will start once we have received your full or deposit payment and approved the working drawing or sketch design.
Do you provide a survey and installation service?
We provide a full survey and installation service. Please provide us with the site address and details when requesting an estimate.
How can I hang your mirrors?
We will provide full installation instructions based on your wall buildup. We usually use a French Cleat/Split Batten method for hanging.
What are your lead times on bespoke pieces?
It depends on what the piece entails. However, as rule of thumb this can be anything from 12-16 weeks.
Can I visit your workshops?
We would love to welcome you to our Shropshire workshops. Please speak to one of the sales team about your visit.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Contact us for more information.
Do I have to pay the import taxes, duties and tariff charges?
Shipping costs are charged separately. Please note that all applicable taxes, duties and tariffs in the destination country are the responsibility of the client. These are determined by local customs authorities on arrival, and we are therefore unable to confirm the amounts in advance.
What is your returns policy?
All our pieces are made to order, and therefore we do not accept returns. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
