The Design Story

The Elizabeth Mirror pares the series back to its most refined expression. Its narrow proportions and restrained silhouette give it a quiet elegance, while the softened arch and delicate shoulders lend a gentle decorative rhythm. More understated than the other mirrors in the collection, Elizabeth is designed to sit comfortably within both classical and contemporary interiors, where its subtle shape and softly antiqued surface bring depth without demanding attention.

Behind the Scenes

The foxed mirror plate is created through a traditional hand-silvering process that produces subtle movement and variation within the surface. Slight shifts in tone and transparency emerge naturally during making, ensuring no two pieces are identical. Every edge and contour is refined by hand in the Shropshire workshops.
