The Design Story

The design centres around the beauty of cathedral glass and the way it holds and transforms light. Its gently textured surface introduces movement and depth around the mirror plate, while the softened corners give the piece a calm balance. Rich in colour yet restrained in form, the mirror feels both decorative and understated.

Behind the Scenes

Each section of cathedral glass is individually selected for its tone, movement, and clarity before being cut and assembled by hand in the Shropshire workshops. Subtle variations within the glass, the ripples, bubbles and undulations, are preserved rather than concealed, allowing the material to retain its natural character.
