Display Cabinet
To maintain the building’s structural integrity while enhancing its appearance, we developed a solution that transformed structural columns into functional display cabinets.
In collaboration with Leveson Design, we proposed antiqued mirror glass panels on the base, roof, and back wall of each cabinet to conceal the columns, paired with toughened glass doors to complete the illusion.
The design was refined to ensure each pillar could safely accommodate the client’s fine china while allowing easy access. Multiple iterations explored different materials and finishes for the external doors and decorative details, resulting in a solution that is both practical and visually striking.
