The Design Story

Designed to conceal as much as it reveals, the table integrates storage for chess,backgammonand poker within its structure. A reversible top allows the surface to shift between play and a more pared-back finish, balancing practicality with refinement.

Behind the Scenes

Each burr oak surface is carefully selected and laid to highlight the natural complexity of the grain. And while the exterior remains composed, the interior is highly considered. The compartments are carefully set out and constructed to accommodate each game, with drawers concealed within the apron. The outer structure is then built and veneered around this, maintaining a continuous circular form. The reversible top is fitted with precision, ensuring a flush finish in both positions.
