An exceptional walnut games table, constructed using traditional methods.
Description
The decorative natural vellum top features an alcantara reverse side for playing cards. It includes a beautiful marquetry backgammon board with stones, chessboard with chessmen and clock, decks of cards and poker chips – all stored in invisible drawers within the table’s apron, operated by a hidden mechanism.
Material & Finish
Stained walnut with an open grain and a lacquered finish. Natural vellum top with an Alcantara surface on the reverse. Lightly patinated brass with a satin lacquer.
