The Bean Coffee Table
The Bean Coffee Table was inspired by Rupert’s recent visit to Athens where he visited a museum and saw a similar piece of furniture which unravelled an investigation of the shape and design.
Description
The top of the table is made of natural burr oak which has a soft, matt sheen. The edge of the top has been left square in order to accentuate the crisp outline of the shape. The under edge has been softened to enhance the organic shape we revere.
Material & Finish
TABLE TOP: Lacquered vintage burr oak or natural burr oak.
Ebonised and lacquered birch ply and beech. Medium patinated brass with a
satin lacquer.
